Please disclose the minimum amount you charge for a kitchen cabinet painting. I have a small kitchen and was quoted a similar amount that a friend was quoted for a kitchen three times larger. No use wasting each other time - just disclose the minimum amount before asking for photos or any other details.

Hi, Terry Sorry I didn't have you a formal quote as I normally do send out. How ever I was dealing with your wife at the time and she was just looking for a quick quote so I sent over the text with the price. As for the phone calls about color I always try and make sure I dont mix things up with other customers as people change things up on me all the time and I may get some things mixed up and sometimes people even switch the color because they end up disliking it. As for the stripped screw it was not left intentionally, you could have called anytime and I could have stopped by and fixed that in minutes, it was simply overlooked. As for paint splatter we could have taken care of that as well as it was not left there intentionally either. Either way a quick phone call could have resolved the screw and and paint splatter and I would have been more than happen to come out and fix it. Again I don't understand why you would think I or one of my employees would do something as petty as leave 1 screw out of the hundreds we put in that day stripped out, when it's something that can be fixed in minutes. Saying I was in a big rush to leave as well is just untrue. I stayed till the job was 99% complete and then I took off to another job, while leaving my more than capable employee Dennis to take care of any touch-ups, clean ups, etc. Also as I left you said and I quote "He will not be leaving until I am happy". He stayed for 2 hours taking care of the normal touch ups we do and anything you may have pointed out or wanted done. So I am not sure where all this is coming from months later after we had finished the job and at the time you and your wife were happy otherwise I don't think you would have paid for the job. Therefore I am sorry you feel the way you do. As I said we would had been more than happy to service any needs you had after we had left.

Asked the owner for an invoice or contract on the price and job he was going to do. Was told the he sent a text on the price and that's what he uses. Simple text with the price. Then after having the cabinet doors to paint for a week and a half calls to ask what color is he suppose to paint them. Maybe you should do a invoice so not to call the customer on the color . They had already painted the frames so you should know what color to paint them. During assembly they stripped out a screw for a door hinge. Did not bother to tell us and found out as the door was loose after they left. Clean up could have been better as we were cleaning up paint splatter on the tile floor after they left. Overall the finished product isenot that bad and the price was cheaper than another cabinet painting company.as for the owners commits, you knew he cabinet door screw was stripped out. You were in a big rush to install the doors and get out. I had already paid you so what was you motivation to stay. Same goes for the clean up. Why would I call you back, I want the job done right the first time.

Don and his team made our kitchen cabinets look brand new! So happy with how they turned out, and how quick the turnaround time was. Don was easy to work with and he took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted for a great price. I would highly recommend them!

I can't recommend this company enough. They painted my kitchen cabinets from red to black and they look AMAZING! The price was very reasonable, and they were finished within a week.
