not the best printing from this company. i got some clear film labels with white backing printed. the results were only ok. for the cost the results should have been spectacular. they were not. I do think this place can do good work. I would suggest multiple proofs. which will be costly. def shop around!

I placed an online order for almost 300 custom 1" round labels. Upon receiving the order, I noticed that more than 50% of the order had been misprinted. The image was not centered/aligned on the 1" round label. I initially placed the order with trust in their "100% No Hassle Guarantee". I contacted their customer service department, provided images of the misprinted products then never heard back from them. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which also went unanswered. It is my opinion that Avery Products Corporation should never be trusted. I also believe that their "100% Guarantee" is a worthless lie. Finally, I had to file a dispute with my credit card processor which was settled in my favor. I'll never do business with them again as I believe they are a company without integrity.

I ordered business cards and something happened so that they did not turn out right. I contacted customer service and they immediately resolved the issue and then rushed me out the fixed order. I am so impressed by the quick fix. Thank you Julie and (I feel so bad I forgot his name. He helped me through the website chat box, but he was very helpful!!) thank you!!!

Absolutely terrible. They messed up a year ago, and did not follow through as promised. Ordered again last week and paid rush. On day it was to be delivered, notified they had a problem, it would be sent the next day and they would "give a 5 percent refund and shipping charges." Next day, same story. Incredibly, two days late, received an email the order was actually shipped and I would receive it "next day." Did not happen. Checked their website, it says status is in production. Unbelieveable. Have already gotten labels from a competitor at a lower price. Have directed my people to order nothing of any kind that has the name Avery on it.
