Whoever responds to these reviews insisting they reply to emails within two hours is either deluded or just fibbing. I've been waiting for a reply about my incorrect order since Monday (it's now thursday). Reading previous reviews it sounds like I might get an answer in a couple of weeks time...

As a long time customer of Longforte I can't speak highly enough of the service, attitude and support of this company. They continually go the extra mile to make sure I have what I need, when I need it, with whatever effort it takes. To say they've 'saved the day' a few times is an understatement, and they truly know the meaning of service. I have seen them grow over the years and they've never compromised quality or service. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely joke of a company. Disgraceful customer service. Got told it wasn't there problem when clearly it was ! Awaiting refund (probably won't get it ) trading standards would have a field day!
