I purchased a vehicle from them and like any customer or possible buyer, I tried negotiating the price. They wouldnt budge on the price which is fine, instead the sales rep proceeded to tell me look the car is certified, brand new tires and brakes have been changed. Thats 2-3k right there youre going to save I thought about it and purchase the vehicle - about 3 days in my breaks are squeaking loud- I reach out to the sales rep to ask - and he gets back to me with oh then brakes were never changed. I was like wait a minute I was told the were changed - and now two weeks removed from the charge a couple of conversations later I was told that we never said that. Location is dope - but if youre purchasing something from and they give u xyz guarantee regarding the vehicle make sure you have it in paper- because they wont be telling you the truth.

I wish I can put 0 stars, I drove an hour to see a car, when I got there, no one even say hello, staff were just walking around or texting. After 10 min some one said somebody will be whith you shortly, nobody take care of me they let me waiting on the waiting room while their people was walking around and drinking coffee. I left the place with no response. Never back again. Stay way from this BMW dealer

This was my first time visiting BMW Mt.kisko. I had a very good experience with my sales manager Enrik. He made the purchasing process very easy and we were able to buy X7 - the car we always wanted. Anyone visiting the store, I would highly recommend working with Enrik for the best experience.

I went with my husband to this place, I saw on the internet that they had a Honda Accord and we wanted to go see it, we were waiting when an "American" family arrived and they were served first than us when they arrived much later. I felt too upset because I thought it was too racist with us. I left that place very upset, no one attended us and all the workers were doing NOTHING!! the truth was an unpleasant experience. I'm not an American girl but I think we're all the same.
