I really wasn't impressed with the service whatsoever from Two Fifteen and I would advise you avoid if you're planning on using them for your online shop. Wjilst I appreciate that waiting times are increased during this time their communication was non-existent. In total my order took 4 weeks and I left 4x phone messages, 3 emails and a Facebook message. I recieved no replies whatsoever. As this was a test order to see whether I would be happy having them supply my online shop I've decided I couldn't risk using them.

Horrendous company. Customer support is non existant. Never answer the phone or email. Items either delivered late or never arrive. Will never use again. Wish I could add zero stars.

I wanted to use a UK supplier for my T-Shirts on my Etsy store, and despite mixed reviews I thought I'd give these guys a go. Yes, their communications weren't initially great, but with the current lockdown situation that's more than understandable. Delivery was slightly over as week (less in some cases) and the print quality and the garment quality were both top notch - I have some seriously happy customers! All in all I would thoroughly recommend them as a high quality reliable UK based print solution, and I hope to use them a great deal more in the future!

I'm so disappointed with Two Fifteen after reading such great reviews. With Shopify integration and a large selection of products, it seemed ideal. I ordered some test products from my site to check their quality. The order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. Sadly no customer is going to wait that length of time. When the products arrived, it wasn't particularly professional looking with everything squashed into a brown padded envelope. The canvas was ok, the cushion appeared washed out and the t-shirt terrible. The label was half torn off, ink splattered and smudged. I've wasted a great deal of time integrating my products with this company. Two Fifteen did refund the t-shirt cost when I complained, which is good but doesn't solve the issues. Wouldn't recommended if you're trying to set up a business.
