Mr. Zakaria and Mr. Faris, spent countless hours with you in person and on the phone answering your questions and concerns about performing Hajj before you even booked with our company. Moreover, once you confirmed your booking we allowed a grace period of 21 days to make your initial deposit of 50%, to confirm your reservation and so we can issue your tickets from Cairo or New York. Yet, after several phone calls with Mr.Zakaria and him notifying you that we must ensure you pay your 50% deposit, you two failed to do so. So, we notified you accordingly that your package will be cancelled and we would refund the $1,000.00 installment back to you via check using certified mail. This check was sent out to you and our management notified via message. Then, the next day these reviews pop up on our Google Business listing that we cheated people or offer poor quality services to our passengers? Yet, how can you even leave such reviews if you never used any of our services before? Furthermore, we understood your situation and bent our terms of payment, which we never do to ensure you can complete Hajj and then you bombard our management with harsh criticism and excuse of why you cant make such a payment. Look, we understand Hajj is expensive and we offer one of the cheapest Economy Hajj Packages from the USA, yet you elected to book our 5 Star Hajj Package. Alhamdullah, we do our best to make sure we can accommodate all Muslims situation to ensure they can complete Hajj, yet again we are business as well. We must ensure our customers meet their payment obligations and pay for the services they will be using during their package. In addition, all your services are paid for in advance such as the airfare, hotels, transportation and staff. This is why we require a large initial installment to ensure your airfare is booked and sent to you within 24 hours of your booking and that we are dealing with serious clients. We have experienced cases like this before and we are well aware of how to address this. We strongly advise, you provide honest feedback on our company and to stop bombarding our staff with constant messages and calls, if you are not serious about performing Hajj with us. Hello Adijat and anybody else reading this review, EZ Hajj Groups, would like to provide an unbiased response to the sisters review and to clear up the entire story of what happen during their trip. As, we believe this review is not justified and a illicit move to damage our reputation. With reference to this circumstance, we had about 20 passengers in our Deluxe Hajj package experience issues with Lufthansa Airlines, not allowing them to board their flight to Saudi Arabia. Please, keep in mind our company issued these tickets, upon the customers okaying the tickets, first. Again, our staff sent these tickets to the customers to confirm and they were issued upon their confirmation. Most of these tickets, were issued 2-6 months in advance of the scheduled departure. We would like to make it very clear, according to the "Terms and Service" i.e. the contract, the sister is referring too. EZ Hajj Groups, acts on the customers behalf to fulfill all required transportation, lodging, visas and any other matter for their Hajj Trip. Any issue occurring with 3rd party business is the responsibility of the customer. If, any issues does occur we do our best to resolve them, immediately. We provide the services in Saudi Arabia, which is stated in our "Terms of Service". These, are the terms every customer accepts when doing business with our company. Furthermore, the tickets were classified as Hajj tickets and the airlines did not give our company any notice, they would not allow the customers to board. So, the customers and our staff, found out about the issue when they tried to board, ON THE DAY OF THEIR FLIGHT! Due, to the urgent circumstance our management issued last minute, market rate round-trip tickets via Saudi Airlines to make sure they do miss their Hajj. Not asking any Hajji to help cover the cost of the extra costs incurred. Please, keep in mind some of the tickets cost up to $4000, extra and were not refundable! Alhamdullah, all the Hajji's were able to perform their Hajj and we provided them all the services they were promised. The hotel was as advertised and can be seen clearly on our website, as of 11/27/19. We are unsure what she is referring too. Due, to issuing the tickets last minute, the only available returns were 4-6 days after Hajj was completed and the passengers were unable to return on their scheduled dates, Due to the ticket being marked as "no show." So, we had a meeting with the passengers experiencing this inconvenience and offered them two options, we will provide lodging in a 5 Star Hotel with Breakfast & Dinner in Jeddah till their departure or they may book their own ticket. This, is the best resolution we could provide, that would not be detrimental to our company. Most, passengers elected to book their own ticket and we notified them that we will fight with Lufthansa to provide us with a refund for the extra expenses we incurred(extra flight and hotel,) and if they provided us with a refund. We would past it on to them. They have yet, to answer us and only provided our company with a refund of the original ticket, minus a $365 fee. Which still does not cover the losses/extra costs incurred due to the matter or their ticket cost, which was non-refundable. We, know the circumstance is unfortunate and we did our best to provide an accommodative solution. Obviously, some of our guests were not pleased with it. Things like this happen, to every company but we believe it's not fair to give such a harsh review as our company handled the matter urgently and accordingly. At the end of the day, we are a business and we always put our customers interests before our own but we are unwilling to put our companies future in jeopardy, due to a incident such as this one. Went to Hajj 2019 on a Deluxe Package (nothing remotely felt Deluxe during the trip) with them and they ruined the experience by not honoring the contract to have us returned back home as agreed. We had to buy another ticket out of pocket so we don't lose our jobs. We asked for a refund and they've refused to honor their contract. The hotel in Madina was not 4-star material at all and it was not the one advertised on the promo flyer. I do not recommend them at all.
