I've been trying to get a hold of someone from accounts payable to use a credit on the account (from another messed up order) for 3 weeks now and can't get anybody to call me back. Didn't think it should be this hard to order items from them.

Our equipment was incredibly behind schedule and now that we are having issues with our ice maker they are not accountable for anything. Horrible service from beginning to end.
Tundra. They have everything you need for restaurant supply. They can't be beat, period. Local and affordable and like I said always have what you need
Tundra has a great stock, extremely helpful staff, good prices and a very clean showroom. Their only issues seem to come from the manufacturers, which the staff are always more than willing to help fix. What more could you ask for?

Ordered parts for a dicer and had it shipped 2nd Day Air. It arrived a week later and it was the wrong parts. Now they want a 20% restocking fee and for me to pay shipping back, not to mention rolling the dice on the right parts a second time.... No thank you. Stay away from this two bit company
