The whole story is not being told here. Another lady in your group placed the order and approved the proof that was sent. Any mistakes that needed to be corrected on the design should have been relayed to us at that time before production. On the sizing situation we ordered what was emailed to us. Even though it was her responsibility to make sure everything was correct, we reprinted the order at no cost to you. Yes, it was my fault on the second order you got two XL's instead of two XXL's. Which I pointed out before you counted the shirts. I told you I would reprint those two, but you told me it would be OK. I feel like we did everything we could do to rectify the situation.

Though theyre very speedy on returns and getting back to you quickly, theyve made a mistake not once, but twice on our order. The first time there was multiple mistakes including wrong size and the second time most of the corrections were fixed, but they still messed up the sizing. Good business and manners, but will not use again due to not getting our order correct.
We do have a good time printing shirts. Thanks for the review.
