Well, this Company has just sucked from day one. Took a picture of my credit card for payment. Then called me several times for payment. Not one manager would reach out. Then finally told one of the Customer service people. We must have lost it. but would not call himself. Then, I seriously not sure what products they are using. But pretty sure they have steroids for Spiders in them. Called them about a Spider I noticed, they came out . And not even two months later the same Spider had doubled in size and chased after me. Think I might have to go buy some Raid and back charge them. Cant wait for my contract to be done. 6 Brothers was way better. Dont know why I switched and paid almost twice as much

The guys showed up this morning out of the blue, no appointment for today and no notice that they were coming. Then upon after telling them we were trying to work and were in a hurry they proceeded to try to upsell additional services that we have declined multiple times at multiple stages. I have used this company for a couple of years now, but they have progressively declined in customer service to the point where I will likely be changing to someone else.

Update April 2022-2 star review- I'm not sure if with the name change came new management and strategy, but the sales pitching during my most recent service was almost unbearable. Maybe just the sprayer that happened to be assigned to my house this go around....but if it happens again during my next service, I think I'll be shopping for a new company. Tone it down please. Aug 2021 original post - 5 star review I love Edge pest control service! BY FAR the best Customer service experience I've had! They are responsive, polite, prompt, have good communication skills, explain things well, and very educated/trained and know how pests will best ingest/spread the control spray or granules. They do a good job. They control the pests well. I highly recommend their company.
