You had better make sure EVERYTHING is good on the car BEFORE you drive off of the lot. DO NOT GO ON THEIR PROMISE TO FIX ANYTHING ONCE YOU LEAVE. I'm so tired of going back and forth trying to get tires, (that are dry rotted and separating from the inside) replaced. He thinks is a good idea to give me some used tires to replace the dangerous ones that are currently on my daughter car. We've been to the location 5 times. I'm tired!!!!!!!!!!! Recently on 4/2/22 the car sat ALL day for them to replace the tires. I arrived at 2:30 and they hadn't worked on nor checked the darn car. After an hour of waiting the owner tells one of the guys to go with me to have the car checked out at a different location down the street. That's when we discovered the rear bearings has to be changed. If someone had checked the car in Feb when they were made aware the car was making a noise in the rear the repair could have been completed by now. 2 months later and someone outside or the location had to check the car out. Please make this make sense when they have a mechanic on duty everyday. The owner was ever so nice prior to the deal being completed. Now I'm living a nightmare in the hopes to get tires and the rear bearings replaced. I would much rather paid more and gone somewhere else to not have this headache and my daughter be safe while driving. The sale took place on Feb 4. It's now April 4, (2months later) with NO RESOLVE. Just another day with a promise non-fulfilled.

These have to be fake reviews. Ive called, emailed, texted this place numerous times and nobody has ever answered the phone, called back or responded to a text. Buyer Beware

It was a wonderful and stress free buying a car from Discount Auto sales. Th dealers are knowledgeable, and made my whole car buying experience great, including helping me obtain insurance with one phone call, and flexibility with the down payment. Plus they have great cars at great prices. Excellent, exceptional customer service. They immediately provided new car mats, when we noticed that it had none and the tires are good, they do and oil change before you take the car and they provide the next one free. Wonderful experience with Discount Auto Sales

Initially the sales people were very friendly and helpful. They sold me a car that was in good condition able to handle a long interstate drive. That car had previously sustained water damage that was supposedly minimal but 3 months later its clear that the damage was significant enough to stink up the car. Very uncomfortable smell I have to deal with. They didnt provide me with any paper work for the sale because they forgot and they way it was dealt with was quite unprofessional. Now, a couple months after fully paying my balance and after several requests for an official receipt stating my balance is clear they havent responded to my messages or emails and when I checked the other day online I noticed they still have a lien on my car. This is very upsetting and I wouldnt recommend them or use their services again.
