Visited James due to loss of acceleration on my Transit. Unfortunately after three visits and over 400 I still had the same problem, the same fault codes. James said he now thought it was the actuator but he doesn't do them. Had the actuator done elsewhere and it wasn't that either. So nearly 700 spent and lot of time off the road based on James' advice. I don't mind a misdiagnosis, it happens, but I do think there should be at least a part refund. I spoke to James about that but he wasn't really interested.

Took my friends mini here, after a few hours we returned and she was ready. My friend was grinning the whole way home. Great friendly service! Half hour walk to Salford quays Media city to pass the time. Job done :)

Took an Astra 2.0 Turbo here, factory it was running 170 BHP and 250 NM torque, it's up'd the figures to 240 BHP and 350 NM torque. The standard map was quite aggressive and spun the wheels easily, so I was dubious of what the extra power would do, however it's much more usable than the original even in the wet. Mapped to both normal and sport button which is unusual and keeps the original function of the sports button (increases throttle response), boosts much lower then kicks at about 3k and again about 4k. Basically the thing is a missile now, it puts the power to the road very very well. Not only is it much faster, but you can use all the power as well. Highly recommend.

They did a top quality job tuning mine and my dads cars. Feels completely different now. Cheaper price than quoted in other places also. Friendly quick service and would definitely recommend if you're looking to unlock the potential of your car.
