This place does not follow the customer's wishes & will actively deny responsibility. I emailed them a high-res AI file of my logo/name for an embroidered cap, as discussed & prepaid. Instead of reading my email & enclosed requests, they embroidered my business card submitted as an example. Fake excuses ranged from "we hurried the order for you" to "you changed your requests" to "the file wasn't necessary" to "we found the font of your design (what?)". How about they simply read the email, use the file, & confirm with the customer? Easy right? No, they rather stiff you with a corny cap they designed & call you to defend their actions.
Spent $$$ on a custom t-shirt and provided a proofread written copy of what we wanted printed. T-shirt came back with typo and the company refused to provide a refund. No one wants to wear a shirt with an obvious typo and be haranged by every person they meet when they inevitably point out the mistake, nor does anyone want other people to get the impression they are a dingbat who doesn't doesn't know how to spell. The real dingbats work at Custom T's (why is it spelled with an apostrophe instead of 'tees'?)
