I apologize, but Im sure you have us confused with another dealership or might have pulled up the wrong dealership info on line, because we did not have a shipment of cars (vehicles on a truck) unless we are moving them to our storage location, and we havent moved any cars recently, the only way a car would leave the lot after being sold would be with the purchaser driving it, also i just ran back the camera to see if this happened for quality reasons and we did not see this transpire... we and very sure you left this review at the wrong dealership

I was interested in a vehicle and called and set up an appointment for Wednesday after driving four hours I arrived to see the vehicle on a truck. I called and they told me they were in the middle of selling it. A phone call would have been professional, but I guess that's not for this place. The area this buisness is located should have told me it was not going to be good. Thank goodness I found the same vehicle 4 year less and 2500 cheaper in my own city I would say stay away from this place if you are not a local. I should of taken the other reviews to heart and from the way they responded to those would be customers,of well you live and you learn
Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the visit, but this is very far from the truth, the customer put a deposit on the car for an agreed price after a test drive on Saturday the 11th and agreed to come swing by on Monday and pick up the vehicle.... Monday came around, they arrived, and asked to drive to drive the car again. When they returned, they explain to me that they took it to a mechanic (one single mechanic, and now above the story has changed to 2 independent mechanics), and is in need of breaks and rotors...and also a chain and sprocket, but the customer would not provide any paper work from the mechanic or invoice for there visit....we reassured that we had the car inspected ourselves, and that we did not find any of the issues mentioned, we decided to give the customer the benefit of the doubt and offer new breaks and rotors on all corners of the car, and this is when the customer proceeded to lowball us and try to chop off 2k off the price we agreed on. We had to advise the customer that there is not much we can do for him when it come to further reductions of the price, and let him know he does not want to buy the car he does not have to, we do have the right to refuse offers that might be low for us....I apologize that the deal fell through, but we cant be victims of shrewd and forceful negotiations, we want what seems fit for both parties

We test drove a car from Via Roma. They explained that the car had rust and cosmetic issues, but nothing else. Upon test driving the car, we noticed a lot of other problems with it. We took it to 2 independent mechanics who discovered multiple problems with the car including: rotors, rear brakes, excessive oil sludge, and problems with the chain and sprocket due to lack of oil changes. These problems were not explained to us initially, so I would highly suggest bringing any car from this dealership to an independent mechanic. I would highly suggest doing this for ANY car you buy from any dealership.
The most Spectacular car salesmen ever I recommend everyone to stick with Bazi Ahmed he is honest and he works with you to the fullest wont leave until the job is done wonderful maintenance respectful and reliable
From beginning to end, THE BEST car service place I had been too. We had been looking seriously all around Columbus for a while now and finally found something for myself at this dealership. The person I spoke with I believe his name was Jay and he was super knowledgable and helpful the entire experience. I was a little nervous because of the area around the place, but they were beyond professional and super responsible. They were willing to help the entire process and offering to help with maintenance after the purchase if needed. If you are looking for honest dealers, GO HERE!!!! You will be just as happy as I was I guarantee it.
I apologize for the inconvenience, we are more then willing to help you out, timing belt is normal maintenance that need to be done on any car with one, just like break pads and oil change. Nobody in the office has heard of this issue, but our mechanic is not open to the public, and the mechanic might have been pretty shocked when a customer came into the gauge were there is a sign that clearly states "employees only" causing that reaction from him. Your more then welcome to reach out to us, but a timing belt is normal wear and tear, which should be changed every 80k miles, cars with the timing belt service done will have a sticker under the hood with the mileage and date changed. Its normal for customers to ask us for this information to help them understand the upcoming maintenance scheduled the car.

This dealer is a joke. I bought a car and 1 month after timing belt and valve broke. So I went there and talked the guy he promised me he would help me but when go to he kept saying the owner is busy so another promise another day. Make sure ya all play a lottery when you buy from there . And the mechanic back in the garage he is so rude.
