I would give zero stars if possible. When getting the original estimate in July the salesman told me that they would not get my windows or sliding glass door in until November, but I still had to pay half of the estimate upfront. They were backed up because of the pandemic, but I agreed because of their great reviews and payed half upfront. It is now late January and there are still no windows or door, and Window World still has $1794 of my money that I payed in July. Every time I call for an update, they tell me next month and then it becomes the next month and there is no progress. I am starting to believe that they never ordered my windows or door because everyone that I talk to tells me they do not have an estimated time of arrival. I asked to talk to Jackie, and we have been playing phone tag and she has never called me back since I left her a message on 1/22. Take your business elsewhere and avoid this company at all cost. I would love to get my money back at this point.

I called Window World of Tidewater to inquire about getting new exterior shutters w/ installation, which is a service that they list on their website. Though I was informed that they only will offer the purchasing and installation of exterior shutters if you purchased your windows through them and that shutters alone was not worth their time to come out. Interesting response since their website does not state this requirement anywhere.
