The guy doesnt know anything about computers. One star is to much for him he should not be in this business. He messed up my Imac broken screen I have no time for him and you shouldnt either. Waste of money and a bigger waste of time

Thank you for the nice review. However our hours have been like this for the lack of employees to work. Not by our choice. We are open until 6.30 pm all week days except friday and Saturday. By appointments only. Your are all the time welcome to call us before hand. Thanks again for your great support for small business.

There hours are not convenient for having shipments sent to them. I love the service but I can't get my package sometimes for 2 days cause they are not open. I'll still go cause I think they are doing a great job

I built a server and could not get it to power. I did not have time to trouble shoot it myself. Turns out I had a wrong cable plugged in but not to worry, they only charged me $75 to plug in the correct cable. This is the type of businesses that is struggling to stay open so when a customer shows up they make sure to bend them over with outrageous prices. Will never come back here again.
