Paid alot for the software, now there are issues with the software. When I called for support i was told I would have to pay for it. It was faulty an difficult to set up. Plus , customer service is vety unprofessional. Im reporting this company to the bbb

Do you have a legitimate license for our software? It is against the law to use an unregistered or unlicensed version. This "company" has very poor customer support and all they care about is money not there customers . I regret buying my software from them, everything goes dwn hill when there something wrong with there product . I tried to get the software fixed but the owner murray, started calling me a lier and nasty things when I insisted on getting a refund. I do not recommend them at all

They Charge A Outrageous Hourly Fee To Fix Gliches On The Software. I Would Have Thought They Offered A Warranty, But They Charge $129/Hr To Fix Mistakes They Should Have Caught. 1000 And Some Chnge Was Paid For The Software, And Then They Want To Charge Me Hundreds More Just To Fix It Due To No Fault Of My Own.
