We thought we would get a positive review from Dion, seeing he pulled up with his 30 day 1000 mile warranty expired, needing a power window Motor and his power seats not working. We fixed both problems for free! Most dealers would and could charge several hundred dollars for that. Regaurding trading in his explorer that he paid $4500, I told him and anyone who asks we don't accept trades valued at more than $1000. As for flatulance, it happens. Sorry for any misunderstandings.

Terrible experience The owner was farting literally all day as I was showing him what was wrong with my vehicle we asked to show me by taking him on a ride heenter the car farting literally I promise no lie also he refuse to take a car that I bought from him less than 30 days ago back as a trade-in for a different car which worried me what do you know that I don't when I was telling him about the problems he try to bring that I use 1000 miles which I know I didn't basically he took a picture when he first receive the car of the odometer but between the time says I bought the car all of the people that test drove it besides that the Kelly bluebook said that this explore should not be going for no more than 3900 has a fair price he charge me 5000 and did not do any work to it but a car wash very funny actin people and trying to get over not happy basically going to sell this car as soon as possible terrible customer service just terrible

A guy named Chris helped us and he was very polite and a nice gentleman. He let us test drive the vehicles. The prices were good and he worked on lowering prices also. I had a very great experience there. I'll be back!!!

Were so sorry to hear that youre not pleased with your purchase from 4 months ago. We addressed all your issues exactly the way that you requested at NO cost to you. We stand behind our vehicles 100 percent. We disagree that we dont go through our vehicles, we pride ourselves on having the cleanest and maintenance free cars and trucks, the vast majority of our customers are very happy with their purchases. Your 2008 Saab Suv that you bought from us for instance, we put 4 brand new tires , new brakes and rotors, new manifold and an oil change before we put it up for sale. Its hard to tell when a power steering line is going to let go like yours did 2 weeks later and we paid $350 to fix it at No cost to you. You were unhappy with your speaker system not working correctly so we sent you to custom radio and we paid them $200 at no cost to you. Then you asked we pay for brake parts that you felt you needed so your son can practice doing brakes and as you requested we sent you a check for $125. As for the check engine light on 3 weeks after your purchase , you should have asked us to fix that too because we would have. Feel free to stop in anytime and well attempt to fix that for free also. I like my vehicle but had too many issues with it after purchase. Granted some repair was made by them but they knew nothing about this vehicle when they sold it. Brakes were bad, my son repaired them and he sent me a check for 125$ for the parts. However there was more wrong with the brakes and took all day to repair them. Power Steering lines needed replaced they repaired that, and check engine light came on within 3 weeks of purchase, I am unfortunately responsible for that. So paid a bit over 6,000$ for a vehicle that needs a hefty repair that I am responsible for. Wouldn't suggest buying from them. They did not properly inspect this vehicle just cleaned it up and sold it. Bought a vehicle this way so I didn't have to deal with issues that you get from a private owner sale. Feel like that would have been the better way to go. My suggestion shop around more before buying here. Update: In response to the reply, The brakes and rotors were completely shot in a month so no way were they new. The lug nuts were rusted on and my son had to go buy new tools to get them off. Practice he did not need he has done brake service plenty of times. I was told when I called that when an inspection is done that it is a request for the new owner to get at least 6 months. So if tou were billed for brakes you better get your money back! I also did call when the check engine came on and was told to get a new gas cap in which I did. Then the light doesn't come on for another hundred miles, same code. Also when I called about the brakes I mentioned it again and also said I guess that's my problem since your warranty says check engine light not warrantied! Was told I guess so! Yes some things were fixed but there was a lot of back and forth for various things it was getting tidious? I felt like what's the point and what's gonna be next? Like I stated if I wanted these problems I would have bought from a private owner because I've been there done that. Regardless of how much you paid after I purchased the vehicle within a month of my warranty that's irrelevant. Yes I bought the vehicle 4 months ago and yes it's a 2008 but that doesn't change the fact that these issues occurred! You may think you can treat and speak to some people like they're trash but I am not trash and your attitude towards my review is very unprofessional. You may not sell a problematic vehicle to everyone but guess what it happens and it happened to me!
