Terrible customer service. Never met any of the projected due dates THEY gave me. 1st order no problems aside from taking over a month to complete. 2nd order, they duplicated my first order taking even LONGER. Mind you this was a completely different order. Misplaced my 3rd order on a sticky note. Re sent me an order confirmation. 16 business days later, still nothing. Lack of respect for small businesses. Only good thing I have to say is that their work is it is quality. Will definitely not be doing business here again!
