I don't recommend buying anything in the shotts shop. I was told the prices that were shown in the shop included the installation of the appliances. But when I went to buy a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a cooker a couple months later, they added over 100 on top of the price to fit the appliances. I don't like confrontation, so I just payed the price, but I am very disappointed and next time I'll just buy online because I know I won't be lied to like this.

Have had 3 kitchen appliances in the last 2 years cooker washing machine and fridge couldn't be any Happier with them and the customer service was great I even got a leaking pipe sorted for me .
