I called My Custom Balloons at 8:45am and by 9:30am they were ready and I was picking them up from the location in less than an hour. Elmer could not have been more helpful for my last minute request. He did curbside pick up for me as it was icy on the sidewalks and really nicely included an extra clear balloon (to fill out my balloons more) and a weight to my order without charge as I ordered everything in a rush. I would highly recommend if you're in need of balloons. They're a wonderful business to support!

I ordered a lovely balloon display for my daughters birthday and it was lovely. I left the color arrangement to the owner and he did not disappoint. The bomb snow storm jumped into action and was about to interrupt the scheduled Saturday delivery. He called me on Friday morning- super nice touch that shows they care. We agreed on Friday delivery and he got it done by noon - same day. I couldnt ask for more. My daughter loves the arrangement which is taller than her and she hes 5 4.

Made and delivered a beautiful tabletop balloon bouquet for my grandmother's 95th Birthday. They used all of her favorite colors as requested! They followed all delivery instructions insuring a safe, distanced delivery and phoned to ensure the balloons made it safely indoors. Thank you for helping us send our love from Canada to my grandmother in Arlington! Highly recommended. Excellent communication before and after delivery.
