We are sorry the hear this client wasn't happy but this has come as a great surprise as when she left our salon she seemed more than happy. She said she was very happy she also was taking lots is selfies of herself.our salon has been established for over 50 years . With many great reviews. If there was any problems she could have just called and we would of happily helped her with anything else she needed us to do with her hair

MY HAIR IS A SIDE BIGGER THAN ANOTHER! God why is so difficult to find a good hairdresser in London???! Doesn't matter how much you pay theses people doesn't know how to do hair! Definitely not comeback!!! I am very unhappy with my hair cut!

This ladies appointment was on a Friday . I phone the client on the Tuesday before to cancel the appointment because the stylist who was going to do her hair was now going away and would not be in. I also phone this client on Wednesday before the appointment . To confirm that we really would not have time to do this .also this client has never been to our salon before

I've been changing barbers too often - over the past year I must have tried 10+ different places across all price ranges. I just got my hair done by Crispian and I think I have finally found what I was looking for! Couldn't have asked for better, he read my mind and got me exactly what I was after...finally someone that doesn't need a buzz cutter and can use scissors like a top barber!

My first time at this salon and to say I'm very impressed is an understatement. Razer was my colourist and stylist, she was amazing. Fabulous colour and cut and will be returning. thank so so much Razer, I feel a million dollars. X
