I called to schedule a bronze detail that was part of my advantage package when I bought my car. I asked what all was included in this detail and how long it would take. The lady who scheduled me told me 30 mins. When I got there Cassandra laughed when I said I'd wait for my car to be done. She said it'll be 2-3 hrs. I said not what the lady on the phone said. She laughed at me again. Then after over 4 hours of waiting, I went to check on how much longer. Cassandra laughed again at me as my keys have been sitting on the counter. But never came to waiting room to tell me my car was done. Horrible service. Plus the employee behind desk in waiting room had her mask on but on her chin. Not covering her mouth or nose. But asked customers to put their masks on. ridiculous!
Fixed our car door handle. Went bad again. Changed reason it was bad. Tried to charge us 350 dollars to fix it. When we refused they repaired it like they had the first time for no charge.
Wouldn't buy car there use cars over price . Bad Service. They will steal from you....
