Canceled the event. Customer service they give in the cancelation email comes back as non working address. This company is a scam. Contact the AZ attorney general

I signed up and paid for the blacklight run 2020. This event was postponed due to COVID. I knew the company won't give refund, so I was just waiting for the company to post updates, but this event just vanished, no update or anything. So I tried to contact them by phone and email. Didn't get any reply, and the phone number is empty now... Also, tons of people are complaining on the Better Business Bureau (BBB.org). It's just never right to ignore customers request and treat customer like this.

Every race this company does is so much fun. This is great for friends or couples for casual fun as well as competitive athletes early in the day. It's a great race to dip into the mud runs or OCR. Highly recommend checking them out and doing a race!

This is worse customer service ever. The bubble run will get a bad review. I have registered for STL June 11 bubble run. I have been emailing, Facebook messaging since March regarding not receiving a confirm registration email. I have my receipt from active.com but nothing from cool events or bubble run. I'm afraid to go up there and try pick Up my Tshirt. will no longer be investing in their events. I refuse to spend money and not get error corrected. Especially feel ignored.
