I had a terrible last minute revelation that I did not order the branded promo items I needed for an event in just a few short days... Hoping a local place could help me out, I called Brand It just before the 5 o'clock hour. I am so glad I did! Caroline was amazingly helpful and kind throughout the process, helping me figure out which item to order, making sure it was fast tracked to me, and, when delivery bumps arose, went out of her way to be amazingly communicative. I cannot say enough how much she and Brand It helped me out! They have definitely earned a new customer, and I encourage you to try them out yourself.
