I would NOT recommend this service. I have an older home that does not have a sump. We had sewage floating in our basement 3 times in 5 months... so after the plumber came each time, he recommended Jerry's, as Jerry has a telescoping camera, and he may be able to find some real issues with the line. After scheduling and speaking with the scheduler- who was real nice- we decided I probably did not need the line rotted again since it had been so frequently in the past few months. I currently had no standing water or back-up. I had to go to work, but my 21 year old son was there for Jerry- with my signed, blank check. 950$. $300 for the FIRST HOUR, and $250 for each of the NEXT TWO?!?!? AND I was charged for the telescoping $150. I did not authorize all of this work, I'm sure he would say he asked my son, KNOWING he wouldn't know what to say, and I'm SURE they saw a blank check on the table. THREE HOURS?!?!? I have called without avail. I have not received any tape of the telescoping. No calls back. I had an engineer from Northbrook call and speak to him, and he said all Jerry did was talk in circles, and then said, "If you write me a check, the business can be yours." Oh, and for my total of $800 for the hours only, maybe they could have put down some tarp or something to protect my basement floor from all the dirt?!?! Because I still had to clean that up.... I feel very taken advantage of, and I really feel like Jerry doesn't care. He already got my money. Shame on me. Would NOT use this service.

If you have a septic system, there is no one else you should contact for maintenance and repairs. Jerry and his crew are fantastic and know what they are doing...Jerry makes sure of it! They are a Godsend.

Don't understand what the other review is about but, Jerrys always is responsive to our apartment community here in Cortland for jetting and other needs and is always courteous to the maintenance and office staff!
