updated 30/may/22: I am afraid I have to be honest, I was led down by your property management team, I reported a major issue and it is still pending for a solution even after 7 days - hence reduction in stars, I have no complaints with your Lettings team. Thanks all

If I could give 0 starts i would. I wish I could go back in time so I never had to deal with this agency. Ignore your emails and calls and waste your time.

Useless. Used intercounty to rent my flat. Communication terrible. Took about 8 months to evict a tenant mostly due to Intercounty not filling in forms correctly. Had to issue about 4 section 21 notices as they keeps issuing them incorrect.
