This place is complete trash, and the people who work here are also trash. We came to them to get two new tires put on our car, and when we left we started hearing a noise. We brought the car back to them and thats when the lady told us that we came with a bent rim. The thing is how are you able to put a tire on a bent rim , and then why wasnt anything documented about us coming with a bent rim ? The man that they had working on the car bent our rim and instead of them honoring their mistake and replacing our rim the daughter came outside yelling and attempting to charge at me and my significant other. She also made the mechanic put our car down in the middle of him trying to check the other front tire. DO NOT GO HERE !!! DO NOT GO HERE !! The place is disgusting as well, and the bathroom sink doesnt work in the bathroom. The lady also is up ticking prices, and skimming off the top for their own personal benefit. DO NOT GO HERE !! Go anywhere else but here.

I went in for 2 used tires and a oil change. As a mechanic who has done this job professionally for 8 years I like to pay attention to the small details. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the right front tire had a a separation bubble that was roughly 1/2 inch out from the sidewall The owner attempted to tell me that it was where the belting on the tire meets for the sidewall. I also found that they had left both front hubcaps off of the vehicle. I do not recommend this business to anyone. I came back after a half an hour to recheck my vehicle, and brought my own tools to check the torque on the wheels. All of them where well over specification, as I drive a 04 F150 with steel rims. The actual specification is 150 ft-lbs. I will not do business with these individuals again. Also my passenger side mirror was broken at their shop.

Glad to support local small business with these folks, nice lil family owned shop with good prices and selection. Got my truck in and out in under 45 min and within my budget. Will definitely refer these folks in the future. Thanks!

Popped one of my tires and couldn't get a hold of any one at Walmart. The towing company suggested fastlane. I called they had a new tire and were able to get me in and out under an hour. Thank you guys so much. A big help.

I would NOT recommend to anyone ever!!. All my car needed was a new tire on one side (front passenger) and to replace the front drivers rim to the original. Day 1: Cost $150 total (normally pay around $117 total). About 30 minutes later, I picked up the car, #1:issue= the bolts were NOT tightened all the way on the tire. I had to ask them to tighten them. Then, #2:issue- - - I could not drive my car 10 minutes back to my house without the whole car shaking, making weird noises, unable to drive safely home. I parked at the closest parking lot. Day 2, I got the car towed back the next day and I was quotes $109 to fix their mistakes (side note: my car drove fine until I went to this tire shop, I never experienced issues while driving my car yet the owner wanted to place the blame on myself. Company did not want to take any responsibility of having to TOW my car back to them. I was told it was the rim Yet, the shop should have said that day one and NOT touch it if they truly thought any issues would arise and inform the owner immediately) THEN the following day (after mechanics have been working on extra work) I got a called saying it will be at least $200 MORE and NEVER asked prior to this extra work. I agree to pay the $109 even though they caused the entire issue to begin with.Please take your auto motive services to ANYWHERE else aka *****PLAZA TIRE SERVICE*****
