My workplace had worked with the same apparel vendor for years and their pricing, service, and communication had gone downhill so fast that we decided to cut ties. We reached out to multiple local apparel vendors and received multiple quotes. We were most impressed with the customer service from IMS Branded Solutions, which is the primary reason we switched. We have been working with Trey at IMS Branded Solutions since late February. We are just getting our big apparel order this week, and I cannot speak highly enough of his great communication. He's answered a billion questions that we've had (our leadership team is fearful of change!), he let us come in and pick out apparel, he built out our online store (this is my new favorite thing), he got us gift card codes to provide to our staff, and the "swag' we've received so far has been great quality. Seriously - pens, carabiners, hats, shirts, hoodies....they're SO nice. We look forward to continuing to work with Trey and IMS Branded Solutions for many years to come. I would definitely recommend their products and customer service to other small businesses.
