Customer service is lacking. Employees are hateful and enjoy mocking the customers to their face. And the reason why? All for asking for a to go bag while ordering my food. The cashier (who was an older woman with glasses and short hair) not only sassed back at me condescendingly but then continued to mock me to other employees to my face while I waited for food. The back kitchen and the young boy that was working there were in on the joking. Because it was the quote funniest they heard. Needless to say I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable in such a bullying environment that I packed up my food and left. Even the girl who brought out my food as well as the older woman with long hair wouldnt even make eye contact with me because they knew they have been caught. I am a Blount County native and my family frequents this establishment. I will not be back and I dont support hateful and rude establishments that like to mock people who they assume are tourists.
