I would not recommend this company. They manage our neighborhood and my experience is they are slow to respond - even in emergency situations and fail to follow up with people. We have damage in our home because they failed to fix something on the outside of our building.
Kristen - We do have a vendor verification program that guarantees vendors working on each association property have the required insurance and licensing for the protection of each of our clients. This is becoming industry standard across the country as well. I changed my review of this place. I had a horrible experience when I started with this company. They took my vendors and tried to run it through another company of theirs called Able. They put a mark up on it. I had referred them to a friend of mine who was over their condo association. They are now trying to take all of their contacts and vendors that they have dealt with for years and charge the vendors a fee to do business with them. This company is unethical and Im highly disappointed that I ever referred my friend to them.
I'm the HOA president of our condo & townhouse community, and we hired Access Management nearly a year ago after carefully vetting out several companies that came highly recommended. We definitely made the right choice with Access! They assigned Matt Silvas to us, and he is the BEST property manager anyone could ever ask for. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and got to work right away on numerous issues, even pointing out and handling things that previous management did not. We are so grateful for the skillful guidance provided by Matt and Access, at a reasonable cost with the utmost transparency and trustworthiness. It's very reassuring that our community and investments are capable hands.

Access Management Group has been working for our Strawbridge Subdivision for over 10 years and is still providing exceptional service. Brad Thisdale has been our property manager for almost 4 years and have provided excellent service to our Community. The office overcharged me more than $1200 for HOA fee. They said they will refund me, but I didn't get it at all. I left the manager voice messages and send emails, but again, didn't get a response at all!!!
