Sorry you experienced this, not sure which vehicle you are referring to but he might have been in the middle of fixing a repair and as with bare metal it isn't good to let it sit unfinished as it creates further problems down the road. I wouldn't have my car done here and I would suggest that anyone else have the car done here Tim came out approach my vehicle within 10 ft gave me a price turned around went back in the shop said he had other things to do on bare metal, rude and unprofessional.

I took my car in after they had the bumper painted. It stayed at their shop for 3 weeks. They promised I would have it one day. And I didnt get it until the next week. HORRIBLE customer service. The old man is rude and nasty. I wouldnt take my bicycle to them.
