Very poor customer service. Were not willing to help out a paying customer. No empathy. And way over priced. Do not use this service!

Ausmed refused to delete my account because they want a verbal confirmation instead of in writing, despite me telling them that I cant make phone calls overseas. I decided to delete all activities and changed profile details including emails and password. Unfortunately theres no law in Australia similar to GDPR. Dont sign up to services that makes you jump through hoops just to have your account close/delete.
