I called and spoke to Christina and was told I could not get approved because I have section 8 and it will not add to 3 times the rent . It is actually 4 times the rent including my section 8. My friend lives in the apartments in pinedale and they are full of roaches and dirty. Every time they go out there I am told a Mexican girl is always smoking in the car as she is pulling up. Lol very professional. They are prejudice and are only in it for the money. I asked to speak to management she stated she was so I asked for owner and was told he is on vacation, which I am sure is a complete lie. Your prices are way to high for the roaches and working with prejudice people are not worth it .

They look at your requests for repairs as sniveling complaints and say things like "well if you don't like the house you can always move out". The property manger Kerry is a heartless bully. Only give a star because it won't post without one. Should be minus 5 stars!!!!
