I wanted to give it a try after 4 years that I haven't visited this salon because of having not the best experience. I consulted the hairstylist about what can it be done because I have fine hair but I told her I really needed a haircut. She was nice, shy and didn't suggest any type of haircut for the concerns we talked about and I ended up with a haircut that looked the same way I came, she only cut some split ends barely styled it. I spend more time in the shampoo area than having the haircut. It was about $70 for a change that never happened, not noticeable at all. Im sure that I'd had a better result just going to a haircuts or any similar big chain salons, or even cutting split ends by myself. I won't be making the same mistake I won't coming back.

I came in a couple of months back and had the best experience with Jaime. She was amazing with me and my bf! A couple of days ago a came in once again but was unable to go in with Jaime, but since I had such an amazing experience with Jaime I thought that it would be the same for all of the other stylist. The second time around I came in and got a haircut with Kaitlyn and I left wanting to cry. She just did a horrible job, she completely botched my haircut specifically the bangs I had asked for were suppose to be cut not so short and she just did it all wrong. It was just a horrible experience never have I ever had such a bad experience with my hair I left crying. I went somewhere else to see if it was fixable what she did but sadly it wasnt. They told me I had to let it grow out because she cut my bangs so short it was such a horrible experience I willl NOT be coming back. I called in and made a complaint about it and I was told by someone that it was not the first time this happened. I just dont know why keep a stylist that has already gave issues with other customers. Its honestly looks super bad on the business. I love Jaime and anyone that does choose to come should book with her because she is 100/10 but because of this one experience with this one other person just ruined the whole experience of wanting to come back.

Great experience and my son loves his new cut. Which is awesome to hear. He had a lot of hair and Julia did an amazing job at cutting and thinning out his hair. She also did mine which was a quick cut but we took off 6-7 inches and added some layers.

Too many issues with scheduling with hair stylist, Jamie. She's a talented stylist but waited 45m scheduled for cut one time with two subsequent incidents of scheduling that culminated in conflict that was drama better avoided.
