Used them to repair a sign for me. They gave me a quote. After service was completed, they charged "extra costs" that I'm still baffled about.

I was asked to call several locations by my boss, looking for someone to fix our broken neon sign. I called Signs New York and owner was incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude, right from the get-go. He was rushing to get us off the phone, and clearly did not want our business. His service call charge was $700, while I found several locations that do the same for $200. Not very professional. He was also saying that neon is no longer being repaired by anyone, which was completely false. A rip off company with rude people.

I called Signs for a last minute order (Saturday) for standing banner for an event I was flying out to attend. They had it delivered to me in Manhattan the next morning (Sunday morning). The quality was great and they very reasonable price. I was really appreciative of their responsiveness and will definitely do business with them again.

Tahir really went above and beyond. Tahir and his team are amazing from begging to end. He picks up the call and communicate professional. They did a great and quick job for me and install vinyl banners for my upcoming event. As I was worried about the quality of work but when he handed me my order I was surprise to see the HD results. They are Very honest with their work. So, I highly recommend to all of your!!

Very poor customer service. The owner was rude and miscommunicated. There are much better options for signage in Brooklyn.
