The product was lovely but I have two issues with delivery. When I purchased the delivery there was no provision for a date of delivery. I wanted it delivered on my granddaughters Birthday. So I left it til close to the day to order. Then there was no notification from TB when the product was delivered. Though several requests for a review. So it should have been a simple service.

We do ask that addresses be triple checked prior to ordering from our website. If the full address is not provided then there will be issues with delivery. We did contact you several times to request the correct address for delivery and you were advised that this would be done free of charge. As you refused to provide the details, we have requested that the package be shipped back to us and unfortunately the cancellation fee applies. Worst online experience and appalling customer service. Order never arrived states next day delivery, zero communication except for generic responses, 5 days later they advise insufficient address info, phone nunber was supplied with order no attempt was made by their delivery contractor to make this delivery successful at all. They then kept $19.95 for a processing fee the order did not go through and there was no process. None of their terms and conditions were met. On the day delivery was meant to be made had they of phoned the number provided.

I placed an order online to be sent to a friend of mine. I made a mistake in giving the Recipient's address as my own, and was able to telephone straight away and spoke to a lovely girl, who I think was named Courtney, and she promptly changed the address to my friend's address. Very good and friendly service.

I was promised next day delivery and paid for it but this was definitely not the case. 5 days after ordering it finally arrived. 3 days past my friends bday. Contacted them to get a genetic msg then just no contact at all. Will not ever use them again. Complete rip-off.
