Scammers who don't care about anything but getting your money! How could you sleep at night knowing you've told so many lies,all to get an old ladies money. It took a month for my mother to get into her mobile home,now it looks like another month before her old mobile home will be moved....she had several issues on the inside where the mobile was thrown together! Robert befriended her only to blow smoke. Every time she calls they give excuses or make up lies about why they haven't done what they said or are required to do! Never buy a home from this company!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Really need to think about before buying from this one!!!! My brother and sister in law paid cash for a home, in May 2018 finally got to stay in it in December. Had to pay over $5000 in motel bill. I think needs to be reimbursed by 13th Street Home Sales. I have already got involved with this one by talking to head Office and still NO results. This is not the first time. And Will NOT BE THE LAST!!!!! They Just Got IN and are still need work done, Panels missing on inside.

Repair work is generally coordinated by The Friar Corporation, or the factory. They are spread out across 4 states- this is why sometimes it can take awhile. Good people. Beautiful homes. But don't let them tell you that the people who come to fix things will fix it to your standards... they will "patch" them and leave. That's about it... you'll have to bug the heck out of the company to actually get anything done.
