He made me open a Wells Fargo credit line to purchase the windows and I never heard of him again to process the purchase. So disappointed because I had another credit line for nothing.

Worst warranty policy of all time. The seller of the home has 30 days post sale to call in to Window World and transfer the warranty for the buyer. Like that's going to ever happen. What a scam. The seller who bought these windows on my house paid thousands of dollars and that got factored into the purchase price when I bought the home. "But sorry they had 30 days and you don't have a warranty." I definitely won't be using Window World for any of the homes I build going forward.
