Do not recommend. Cant get our car into the workshop for over a week to have a safety fault diagnosed. They do not recommend we drive the car in between now and then as the air bags may not work, yet state they cannot provide us with a courtesy car despite this being our only vehicle. This is the second fault we have had on this car in just over 2 years and on both occasions the service has been seriously lacking in compassion and accountability. The email address you have given below is returning a message to say that the person who monitors it has left the business. You may wish to consider amending your generic response to these reviews if that is the case with an email address that is actually being monitored!

Saw a bmw X4 online, I have enquired on the car on behalf of my mother in law because she is a vulnerable customer and helped her through her purchase. The sales women dont want to name was helpful at the beginning. Told her my budget gave her all the details to process it. I told her I wanted to be below 300 a month. The offer came out at 280 a month which we accepted. The order form was sent to us the next day and the part exchange mileage was wrong. It was 100000miles off. Contacted the dealership by email. Because I dont have much time to call because of my work. The payments came out way above 350 a month which was out of my in law budget. Paid a deposit 500 and still trying to get it back. Called in on 18/07/2021 to get my deposit back gave them my bank details to get it refunded. Still waiting to this day to receive my money back. Contacted customer complaint to try and get it resolved. Said the sales manager will contact me but didnt. It comes to the point like I feel like begging for my own money back.

I called the branch to enquire about a late 2019 5 series and spoke with Paul, who provided a video tour of the vehicle. I asked Paul to cover certain aspects that tended to show signs of wear and tare. Happy with video I received I visited the branch with high expectations of the car. When I arrived I wasnt disappointed owing to Pauls accurate description. I did have one niggle with something I discovered through my own examination, partly because I am very thorough when I purchase a car. I have not reduced the rating as Paul and the team catered my every need and resolved the niggle in a timely fashion. I love the car in my short space of ownership. It is a vast improvement compared to the previous shape in every way. Many thanks Huddersfield BMW. PS the extra tyre and alloy cover is worth the price having taken out the cover previously with BMW

Just a brief review to thank Russell in the Parts team for his excellent service recently; I rang for a USB satnav upgrade to be sent by post having tried some local dealers (& attended one in Chester who flatly refused to post but asked me to return the next day to collect!). Russell located the upgrade for me and it landed on the door mat within 24 hours c/w the required code. Superb service and many thanks.
Took my 3 series in for a recall on the break servo. Collected the car and found that there were multiple warning lights on my dash related to break system. Handed back to sandal who said it was related to my calliper wear sensor. I then took my car to a bmw expert who plugged into matrix and showed me the error code related to servo. I then rang bmw sandal to inform them, staff member on the phone told me they would ring me back and never did.
