Asked for a black, gold, and red casino themed cake and hot blue white and green in it. Not at all what I envisioned and clearly my mistake for not sending a picture for inspo but the girl on the phone made it seem like she understood my request. Sadly disappointed!

I had a funny encounter recently, because it just baffles me when a business hires rude employees The man that worked the cake stand was very rude to me and my 65 year old mother. He was adamant on not helping us and very rudely and loudly asked if we were the next ones in line, there was only one other lady who was waiting (who was very nice and wasnt fussed at all about the situation), so the staff made a big fuss out of thin air, cause there were three people working the counter, so even if I wasnt next in line (which I was), its not like the other customer was gonna wait, she would have been served RIGHT AWAY. He eventually helped her and we got a nice lady who helped us! I think in this economy, no business can afford to be rude.. All in all, I didnt enjoy my experience and even if they had the BEST cakes (I have yet to try them), I wont be going back Update: I have tried the cupcakes and some of the other treats, and they taste like sugar, nothing more! Sickly sweet

By far the best shop combo I've ever seen! Adorable party supplies for every type of celebration, reasonably priced, and inside- a bakery worth stopping at for every reason. From ready-to-go cakes, custom goodies for a party, gorgeous cupcakes, to every seasonal treat you can think of- party favors has the most amazing bakery. I got a dozen of their seasonal cookies (pictured in a bowl I made up the street at Clayroom!!) and in the process encountered at least 3 people bringing their friends for "the best cupcake ever" or "my go-to dessert place". A party store worth popping into!

Party Favors in Brookline, Massachusetts has some of the best cake that we as a family have ever come across. I have several family members who also order cakes from this establishment; we all go years back with ordering cakes and cupcakes from here for birthdays. Since my husband & I eat very healthy 90% of the time, when we come here, we really treat this place in a sacred way since we don't indulge too often. The other day I called in to order a cake for my upcoming birthday celebration. Andrew listened to all of the questions I had, he exhibited a lot of patience and understanding, and he expressed really wanting to make me happy. I told him how I wanted my cake, and he went above & beyond to make sure he comprehended everything. I want to thank Andrew for being such a professional, kind person, and for making me feel heard & respected.

On the fence for the bakery. Cake itself isn't very sweet, and the frosting is overly sweet. As if they are trying to make up flavor by over doing it. The way the cakes are decorated is amazing. But the flavor doesn't off set that unfortunately.
