Ok I went to this store a month back to do some search for a customized mattress ( Asian dimensions) and this lady Nejhla was dealing very nicely and after choosing something with in my low budget ( I have to discard this mattress somehow after a year as we have to move out of USA ) she suggested me their mattress named Enhance 4.1 for $ 995. Ok so now 2 days ago I again went to the store to finally feel the mattress again and order it. This guy named Zeke gave me a feeling that I am at a wrong store and my budget is low as if I dont belong there( this was what i felt) Ok now I saw the same mattress again Enhance 4.1 and he said that this mattress is above $ 2000 and when I asked for a discount he said he can bring it to $ 1855. I Surprisingly walked out of the store after making him write this quote . what a difference in the price quotes by the same store I am super surprised at this shady store.

Both my daughter and I purchased mattresses from them approximately 15 years ago. I am still using mine because it's in decent condition; my daughter replaced hers after she got married. Her second mattress was a huge disappointment, causing her to go elsewhere for a replacement after only four years. Last week, when I came back in to inquire about replacing my mattress, I was greeted with a used car type salesman (one of the owners) and I did not like it. I ended up leaving without a purchase. Put this visit together with my daughter's last experience with them and I'm not sure how I feel about this company. She and her husband tend to be more frugal than I am, so perhaps they bought a low-quality mattress. But the bottom line is, my gut was telling me to get the hell out of the store, so I bolted!

Had a great time choosing our Latex mattress. Anita A. took very good care of us on everything . We were very happy today. Also, the delivery guys were awesome, Carlis and Luis, were very professional!!! They vacuumed, put on my dust Ruffles, and mattress cover. So professional and quick.

Purchased the perfect mattress within minutes! Great customer service! Chad was awesome, delivery was just as I requested (on time and Patricio & Francisco were so proficient, professional appearance and friendly too), and the mattress is perfect...I could not have found a more perfect mattress and a price I could afford. I WILL PURCHASE AGAIN, TELL FRIENDS AND FAMILY & I am so happy to spend my money with a company that is in the USA and also in my county and city too! Can't get better than that!

Pleasant experience with the salespeople three years ago but havent had a comfortable nights sleep since I bought the revive mattress.
