Worst mistake ever using this shop!!! They misdiagnosed my friends 2005 Lexus and rebuilt the trani, but after the repair it was way worse! Had car the towed to Balise Spfld. and they diagnosed a faulty computer and replaced it but the trani. rebuild was so botched by Best they had to install a factory rebuilt trani. at Balise! The whole process took over a month, 3 1/2 weeks were spent at Best Transmission!!!!

Went to Best Transmission Shop to inquire about having the transmission fluid changed out in my 2010 Nissan Murano as a preventive maintenance service and WOW I didn't expect to hear what was said. Right away I was told by the owner "I won't go near it" and mentioned to go to Curry Nissan. I didn't take offense to that comment but what I did take offense to was when he mentioned my vehicle was a piece of $hit and I should get rid of it, this was in front of other customers who was there and seemed a little shocked as well. I'm aware of the reputation of the CVT transmissions in a lot of Nissans but I felt it was wrong of him throw those comments at me. Could of simply said "we don't service those types of transmissions" and leave it at that. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but to throw an insult like that after I approached in a respectful manner was very unprofessional. This is after I have recommended others to this shop for over 15 years and recently took my own Mother's 2003 Mountaineer there for a new transmission. Don't know if the owner was having a bad day or what but I guess I will have to reconsider my future recommendations :(.
