Hi Jasmine. Yes, some luxury synthetic wigs are that expensive, especially Raquel Welch which we assume you're talking about. We do not sell "costume wigs". We have many wigs in a lower price range. Human hair wigs that are long start at around $1,200, and that is for a good QUALITY human hair wig. As far as pulling your wig up, we were trying to show you how to wear the wig at your natural hairline, which makes it look most natural. You can absolutely wear your wig however you want, we were just trying to show you what looks best.

A plastic wig should not be $400. Even luxury synthetic wigs should not be $400. No one should be paying $400 for fake hair when you can literally get a human hair wig for that price. Also the shop opener was extremely rude when I tried on a wig and kept coming by and pulling it up my forehead. She would not leave me alone and wanted to enforce some arbitrary rule about how I wear a wig. She was being extremely rude and annoying. If I buy a wig I will wear it however I want.

The largest selection of wigs around for Caucasian women! The prices are great, but its the outstanding service that is the best! I have been purchasing from them for almost 15 years. I drive 2 1/2 hours to shop and they ship to me when I need an updated wig. I cant say enough good things about them, lovely people!

Staff was friendly but disappointed because I drove 45 minutes one way for them not to have what I went there to get. Lesson learned not calling first, my bad! Based on the detailed description from their website I really had high hopes is the reason I did not call! "What kind of products do you offer? We carry full cap wigs, lace front/lace part full cap wigs, toppers (clip-in partial wigs), hair extensions, Halo extensions, men's toupees/full wigs, ponytails, styling products and much more....... in any length or color you could imagine!" They did not carry the Halo, they did however carry a different brand but only in very light blonde and gray. No browns! At all! Wasn't looking for a full cap but if you are, they definitely have plenty to choose from. If you are going for something specific, call first. 3 stars based on no inventory for someone wanting to add just length and volume and not wear a full piece.
