Love the new truck and overall customer service, especially their finance department. Only thing I asked for was to replace cracked sunroof panel which was cracked when I bought the truck, after 4 months and multiple calls to management sunroof still not fixed. They keep telling me they will take care of it but dont actually do anything. I put 22k down for this truck I think least they could have done was replace that sunroof panel.

Had my GMC Sierra for about 6 months and it's been in the shop 2 times already. Super upset. Both were major fixes, and today it goes in again.

Had a bit of a hiccup but in the end they seem to definitely listen when their customers speak. and it looks like they took care of Norman so if you've really gained his approval you've gained mine.

My wife and I went to Northwest Motorsports as part of a military bank (USAA) promotion as they were a "reputable" dealership. We decided to purchase a 2012 Volkswagen Passat TDI turbo diesel at 100,000 miles. Purchasing the vehicle: I was told that I was getting a "deal" because I received a whopping $100 off the sales price for being a disabled veteran yet refused to remove their $150 (not required) paperwork fee. We sat in the dealership for 4 hours as their finance individual was clogged up after being assured that would we be "next in line" by the salesman (Alex) for the few hours. After testing driving the car I noticed the vehicle had brand new brakes and I ask the salesman (Alex) if all the proper maintenance for the mileage of the vehicle had been performed and checked. Long story short, in the past month of owning the vehicle a tire pressure light was illuminated at the time a purchase and found a nail (that we paid for to replace), the check engine light came on for a NOX sensor intermittently 3 days after purchasing the car, and a coolant low light (two weeks after purchasing) which is resulting in a bad water pump. I'm sure any car enthusiast or mechanic knows that a timing belt and water pump are apart of any intelligent service departments "proper maintenance" procedures for a vehicle of that mileage. Furthermore, it took roughly two weeks after filling the coolant to realize it was leaking for the water pump. So it is my assumption that Northwest Motorsport knew about a potential issue with low coolant in a older vehicle, failed to inform any potential buyer, and will not assume responsibility. AND STILL will not provide me with their original maintenance/ safety record of the vehicle. I wonder why. I would not suggest this dealership to anyone as their maintenance procedures are not that of a "reputable" dealership. I will be informing my military bank (USAA) of these incidents and they will be reviewing their choices for Northwest Motorsport as a company they advertise to military and prior military members. Lastly, I called as any husband would for his wife's vehicle as our debts are a legal obligation to one another and was authorized by my wife to do so. Alex (the salesman) informed me that they company would no longer speak to me but only my wife. If anyone out there does not understand car maintenance or functionality of vehicles please do no trust this company to tell you the right thing. I was never abrasive nor aggressive to this salesman and he simply wrote me off for being intelligent enough to call the company and their illegitimate tactics.
