I was a member since before the pandemic and had a stylist I really enjoyed. After the pandemic, I made sure not to come in for a scheduled service if I had a fever so as not to get anyone sick. I did my level best to give as much lead time as possible to them, but since it is illness, I could not always give the full 24 hours. Previously, this hasnt been a problem and they have understood the need to keep their member and staff healthy, so they politely rescheduled my services for me promptly. That changed the first week in June when I spiked a fever the morning before my service and texted the concierge team to cancel (there isnt a direct line to call to reach the local franchise). I didnt hear back from someone until after my appointment start time. The concierge rescheduled me, but I also received an email from the local operations leader that I would be charged for the full service as a no-show. When I emailed back about my health and the attempt to cancel, I was told that they didnt care and would still be charging me. When I mentioned that this has never happened before when I wasnt feeling well, I was told those times the fee was waived as a courtesy (a fact of which I was not aware). Also, I have recently noticed some interesting business practices from the local Las Vegas club. They upped their prices this year, started charging a $5 up charge for stylists with more experience, and completely closed on Sundays. At the May members event, the franchise owner, Jeff was talking openly about his struggles to keep his other businesses open and profitable in the current economy. All of this leads me to believe that this loctionl is struggling badly and has resorted to nickle-and-diming current members to make ends meet. I mean, charging someone $100 for a no-show when they tried to reach out before the appointment because of a fever during a National pandemic is just cold and callous. So if you want a heartless organization that will charge you for every little thing, this place is great. If you want to have your hair cut at a place that is a little more understanding and reasonable, I would look elsewhere.

Way To expensive they give you a free beer wine liquor and wanna charge 50 bucks im ok i domt need the drink i can just go somewhere elss amd by my slef a 24 pack and still be cheaper bu a few bucks
