Nations Waste occasionally misses dumpster pickups. I notified them that the dump was not made. Despite calling them several times they did not send out a truck to service me. I had to remove the entire contents of the dumpster myself as it was overflowing. One week later they sent a truck out and the driver told me the truck was out of service last week. I told him I had to remove all the contents and no dump was made. I called over one dozen times requesting a credit for my bill. No one ever called. Finally, Javier responded back by email and offered me a very small fraction of my bill bill back. I get two dumps a month and that month I only got one. I emailed him back and told him that was unexceptable and that I deserved 1/2 my bill back. Javier never responded to my email. I mailed notices and letters in with my payment without response from the company. I would not recommend them to other businesses. I understand mechanical problems but who should have to pay for services not rendered and a company needs to do the right thing.

Service not reliable we had our trash scheduled to pick up every Monday. When they not even show up on Thursday I called them to ask for refund for this week they refused to.

Love Nation Waste! So happy they have the city contract. Makes our event-life much easier. Also, was the only company to get hand washing stations to the GRB during Hurricane Harvey for the medical team!

Javier is our POC and is always there to take care of our needs. They are good at getting our dumpsters picked up usually faster than they say it will be. We are happy with the service we get company wide and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Nations Waste misses dumpster pick ups and will not give you but a small portion of your bill back. Despite numerous calls to have someone return your call they won't. Finally Javier responded back once and offered me a small fraction of my bill bill back. I mailed letters in and with no response from the company. I would not recommend them to other businesses.
