Always use Bob's tires to start off. Today I went into the citrus heights location (I usually hit the one in fair oaks, recently moved to Roseville) to get a set of tires. Going into the options they didn't have my tires on site and I was on a time crunch which is completely my fault... They set me up at the Fair Oaks location for cheaper and got my oil changed at the same time from the shop next door. MY GOODNESS. Such a plesent experience. I wish I would have gotten the employees name to thank him. Your the man, and Bob's for life!

These people are total rip offs. They sell you tires and give you a warranty card but when it comes time to warranty the tires they make every excuse not to warranty them. They don't tell you that they have to do the work and see the tires before they can warranty them. If you are out of town and have an emergency forget your warranty. So in other words if you want your warranty to work with these guys you can't drive out of the area. What a bunch of crooks. I had not one but two blowouts on tires less than a year old. Guess they trend with the rest of the thieves in this world. So sad.
