I showed up during my appointed time and the business was not open. I even stayed ten minutes afterwards. I am not sure if customers were sitting outside in the parking lot or employees but apparently my money wasnt good enough to get the service I was told I would get.

Giving two stars because the owner is a nice guy. But.... does not return phones calls, blamed a terrible install on someone who works for him that he described as "lazy". Admitted to not going behind his guys and checking the work. I went several times and repeatedly asked for a time to bring my vehicle in to start on the custom stuff for my stereo. No return phone calls or emails. I hate having to beg a shop to accept my money so I have another shop doing a 4k install plus whatever the cost is to fix the damage. Oh, look at the screws used in the pictures.
