Stopped in with a few questions and Mike was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice! Good to see such great customer service! I was impressed with how clean the facilities were. EDIT: Changed from 5 stars to 2 Mike was so nice the first visit when we were just asking for information. However, when we went to drop off a Uhaul truck, wow! The difference in attitude and demeanor were night and day. He was angry that we were dropping a truck off. We were told to drop it at the closest location and that was the closest. But because he wasn't expecting it, and it was near 4:30 (when he stops accepting turn-ins) he was so rude. I would give less stars if I hadn't seen him be nice before. If he doen't want to deal with Uhaul trucks, perhaps he should stick to storage units only. We left with a pretty bitter taste about this place.

You dont get 24 hour access. The gate opens after hours but then youre locked in and cant access your units. Youre forced to call a number and wait. Its insane and annoying .

The place is always hot even early in the mornings. Bathroom is disgusting and it looks like a used parking lot for uhauls.
