Man. Whichever employee is the one answering the customer service line is trash. Florence is a very rude and disrespectful person. She's hung up on me multiple times. Really want a refund because of her attitude. Reached out to owner on LinkedIn. We'll see how far that gets me lol wow just rude.
This has been a great way to try new scents! I cancelled another monthly subscription I had and upgraded to 3 scents a month, I'm super excited that Scentbox also has bath and body, wellness and home products! The price is right and the Scent bucks incentive is also a great perk! I've had to contact customer service a couple times due to user error and they were very helpful and replied quickly. Looking forward to trying lots of stuff!
Best selection of fragrances for a company of it's kind. They are constantly adding new fragrance to their lineup. Fair price and very good customer service. The site is very easy to navigate. Happy customer!
HORRIBLE Customer Service! Christina is the worst and has a matter of fact attitude regarding cancelling my account. Only reason I even ordered from them was do to the promotion they had with T-Mobile for TMO Tuesdays. They don't send reminder emails, they will not refund and if you cancel your account, you cannot exchange. IDK who came up with their policies but they are not consumer friendly.
